Brighter Futures
From playing in the bush and the beach as a kid, completing my BAS In Natural Resource Science at the Southern Cross University, Lismore 1994, and inquiring of other knowledge holders on environmental custodial responsibility, duty, and obligation my path has been rich and encouraging.
I want to share the highlights with you and others so we can stand on the shoulders of those that came before us and see, work, and achieve a brighter future for all.
We cannot enter into the topic of environmental management without first acknowledging First Nations Elders past, present and future with traditions and culture that gave the new arrivals from 1788 the Country, the environment with all the wonder and abundance that has become our inheritance. We are the current custodians, land, air, and water managers. We are:
private owners and government managers,
conservation managers and food production operators,
resource extractors and infrastructure builders, and
investors and home makers.
We all need the environment and what we do, the choices we make will determine the state and health of our environment. Importantly it also impacts us personally and together as a community.
Check out my online store Addictive Opals & Stunning Stones for a brighter future for the state and health of the environmental for you and everyone. Other support is appreciated through donation as per the options below.
